Use this page on any device that is online, such as a phone or another computer.
In BlackoutOS, choose Activate with a file, enter your key and save the request file.
Upload that file. You get a licence file back.
Choose Import licence file and pick it.
The licence works only on the computer that made the request. It is about one kilobyte; carry it back on the same stick or phone.
